The BOTTEGA VENETA shop in Vancouver, located at Holt Renfrew, reflects the House's unwavering attachment to Italian materials and architecture through a contemporary vision. For the first time in Vancouver, she presented the latest Bottega Veneta boutique concept, offering an immersive and intimate space for discovery.
Located in downtown Vancouver's Holt Renfrew flagship store, this new 71-square-metre store occupies a luxurious floor space and offers a sharp selection of women's bags, small leather goods, belts, ready-to-wear, jewellery, sunglasses and perfumes.
The interior is covered with terrazzo, a traditional Italian tile technique often used in Venetian mansions and palaces, anchoring modern design in an artisanal and harmonious spirit. The ground evokes the curves and movement of the Venice lagoon, creating the impression of walking on the water. Throughout the shop, shelves and displays are carved in Italian walnut, a wink at Villa Necchi in Milan, designed by architect Piero Portaluppi. This precious material, renowned for its deep tint and delicate veining, envelops the space of soft heat, while curved walls and natural light create an atmosphere inviting discovery.
This shop remains the only Bottega Veneta store operating directly in Vancouver and Canada.
