THE "JEAN DAY" TO THE GASTRONOMIC RESTAURANT JEAN IMBERT AT THE ATHENED PLAZA
In this month of October, the gourmet restaurant Jean Imbert at Plaza Athénée launches the "Déjener de Jean": a new culinary invitation, gathering the quintessence of the map of the place, to come and enjoy every Friday and Saturday at lunch time.
This new proposal will allow the finest gourmets to introduce themselves to the cuisine of Chef Jean Imbert and experience the fascist French culinary art in all its splendour.
On the restaurant menu, which received its first Michelin star only 9 weeks after its opening, each dish refers to an iconic heritage recipe.
Jean Imbert was inspired by the classic repertoire and recipes that made the great hours of gastronomy around the world. Historical statements have remained unchanged to allow guests to give way to their imagination.
Jean Imbert was supported by Denis Courtiade and his room team, a kitchen brigade led by Jocelyn Herland and the pastry was orchestrated by Angelo Musa and Elisabeth Hot.
THE NEW PLAZA FESTIVE DINERS
Unsurpassable institution of the capital, Relais Plaza is launching a new concept of festive evenings, to turn dinner into a real celebration. Every Thursday starting at 9pm, the appointment is given to lovers of musical atmosphere, as well as to gourmets.
On the menu, friendly recipes to share, unquestionable signatures of Chef Jean Imbert, will be accompanied by a live inflamed given by the music group, Les Garçons Chics, who will walk from table to table throughout the evening. Basses, guitars, saxophones or percussions will accompany singers on great classics of pop culture or even timeless French song.
