At the end of the year, the Hotel Plaza Athénée unveils its majestic chalet, nestled in the heart of La Cour Jardin.

« The Chalet du Plaza Athénée » From November 27, 2025 to January 31, 2026, will offer a wildly displacing experience, highlighting the Alpine specialities and the famous raw milk raclette. Whether it's one-on-one or with friends, about twenty guests will have the opportunity every night to enjoy an exceptional dinner in the magical atmosphere of La Cour Jardin.

 

 

A SINGLE FRAMEWORK

 

In an enchanting setting, the guests will be greeted with a glass of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame champagne 2018, before putting ice skates at their disposal, allowing them to sketch some figures under the stars, on the rink privatized for the occasion.

They will then be invited to settle in the chalet around a large table d'hôtes in order to enjoy a menu that will play without complex with the Alpine land codes. Guests will be invited to enjoy the traditional recipe of raw milk raclette accompanied by a selection of charcuterie. To finish the meal smoothly, the Hotel Pastry Chefs, Angelo Musa and Elisabeth Hot, will introduce their reinterpretation of chocolate fondue – regressive and irresistible!

 

 

MAVIEL 1830, ART OF THE MAGNIFIED TABLE

 

For this new edition, the secular manufacture, already integrated into the art of receiving from the Plaza Athénée, renews its partnership and imagines again the art of the table for this winter chalet. The know-how of Mauviel 1830 will manifest itself through this menu, offering guests the opportunity to taste these recipes in exceptional raclette and fondue services, entirely realized in his Norman workshops.

Faithful to the spirit of a family home, the iconic rooms, combining heritage and modernity, will again be highlighted on the large guest table and exposed to the cottage walls.
