The luxury Spanish house Loewe expands its international reach with the opening of a new shop in the heart of Cernobbio, a picturesque town in the Italian province of Lombardy. The space was designed by the Italian luxury brand Tessabit.

The new shop is located at 30 Via Regina, right in the city centre. Inside, Loewe integrates elements of contemporary design, including green tiles associated with wallpaper, creating a game of light and color. The brand used materials such as brass, walnut and concrete to evoke a legacy that harmonizes with both the local setting and Loewe's creative identity.

The shop offers a wide selection of Loewe collections, including women's clothing, handbags, shoes, small leather goods, sunglasses and accessories.

Reflecting the Casa Loewe concept of the brand, centered on the encounter between fashion and art, the shop presents remarkable design pieces. These include Soji paper lamps by Japanese-American artist Isamu Noguchi, craft ceramic vases by British designer John Ward and Utrecht armchairs designed by Dutch architect Thomas Gerrit Rietveld.

With this new opening, Loewe is strengthening its commercial presence in the Italian market, with nine shops throughout the country. These include independent shops in Rome and Milan, as well as shop-in-shops within the Italian luxury department store chain La Rinacente.

Founded in 1846 in Madrid as a leather goods workshop, the luxury brand, owned by LVMH, is internationally known for its craftsmanship and original creations. In March, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler took up the position of artistic directors of Loewe. They succeeded North Irish designer Jonathan Anderson, who left office a few days earlier to lead the men's creation of Dior Men, another house belonging to the LVMH empire of the French luxury magnate Bernard Arnault.
