Louis Vuitton enriches his collection Color Blossom with a new and new stone, celebrated for its translucent shade with blue-green reflections: l的amazonite. These new creations complement the house's most solar and iconic collection.
Unveiled for the first time in 2015, the Color Blossom collection celebrates one of the Maison's signature designs. Inspired by the flower of Monogram imagined by Georges-Louis Vuitton in 1896, the motif came to life through bold gold creations set with curved stones. Each voluptuous stone is hand polished to reveal its subtle brilliance and iridescence. The pink and white mother-of-pearl flowers are close to the bright shades of green malachites, burning red cornalins and intense onyx. Decorated in a myriad of variations and formats – pendants, earrings, rings and bracelets – Color Blossom imposes itself as one of Louis Vuitton's most versatile and bright collections.
The House now hosts a new stone of unprecedented color: l的amazonite. Baptized as a tribute to the iconic river of Brazil where it would have been discovered, the mazonite is valued for its mint green colour and its wide variety of shades, from pale green to turquoise. The stone is also celebrated for its singular and fascinating inclusions, while its fresh and modern transparency sublimates the palette of vibrant Color Blossom hues. Lucked in a yellow gold case intensifying its unique color, the Damazonite flower offers endless possibilities of style and superimposition with all the pieces of the collection.
For its debut, the stone is invited on four new models. A yellow gold pendant houses a flower hanging from a chain enhanced by a brilliant cut diamond. In the same spirit, an elegant bracelet completes the whole. Thought to be worn daily, these pieces are accompanied by a jumper and a second sophisticated bracelet, both decorated with Damazonite flowers and diamonds. Ultimate refinement, the reverse of each flower of the jumper is also set with stones.
The new addition of the collection, L'amazonite perfectly embodies the contemporary spirit and the joy of living of the Color Blossom universe.
