On the occasion of the end-of-year celebrations, Louis Vuitton unveils his new gourmet creations signed Maxime Frédéric, Chef Pâtissier Louis Vuitton and elected Best Pastry Chef of the world 2025.
Log, chocolates and festive pieces celebrate the alliance of know-how and creativity. The House also presents its Tea Time offer, a unique service offered throughout the year and designed to celebrate the art of sharing and tasting.
The new log by Maxime Frédéric
This year, Maxime Frédéric signs an exclusive interpretation of the late-year log, where the sweetness of the hazelnut meets the brilliance of lemon for a delicate and bold experience. Under the finesse of its festive decor, this creation reveals the hustle and bustle of the hazelnut. An amazing and delicate alliance that illustrates the elegance of the holidays.
The Sapins in Chocolate, three exceptional creations
The chocolate offer takes on an enchanted forest look with three fir trees signed Maxime Frédéric. True gourmet sculptures combining chocolate know-how and spirit of sharing, each of the three creations reveals a unique interpretation of the party playing on textures and flavors to awaken the senses. The milk chocolate fir marries a cinnamon crispy praline with a caramel infused with chai spices and Earl Grey tea, offering spicy and enveloping warmth. The black chocolate tree unites a almond-vanilla praline with caramelized and candied fruits, for a gourmet experience with festive accents. Finally, the chocolate tree with milk and pecan nuts combines a crispy praline with pecan nuts and a toffee with maple syrup. Each tree, taking up the emblematic codes of the House, imposes itself as an exceptional piece to enjoy.
La Vivienne Ski, emblematic piece of the collection
Icon of the House, the Vivienne dress up for winter and simmer on snow-covered slopes to become the Vivienne Ski. The clover, arms and shoes are lined with white chocolate. The mask, body and base are black chocolate. The base contains a crunchy hazelnut gianduja, the body wraps with coated hazelnuts, while skis garnished with hazelnut praline complete this creation as fun as well as refined.
