The MAISON MARGIELA Residences in Dubai mark the House's first foray into the residential domain, extending its stylistic heritage and transposing its deconstruction, trompe-l'oeil and transformation codes into a luxurious living environment.

Developed in partnership with Alta Real Estate Development, this collection of 25 custom apartments will rise in one of Dubai's most prestigious locations, Palm Jumeirah, redefining residential luxury through a bold architectural approach.
Designed by Maison Margiela and Italian architect Carlo Colombo, a collection of custom furniture – sofas, armchairs, tables, chairs, beds and luminaires – was developed exclusively for the Residences, creating a visual harmony between the architecture of the building and its interiors.
The game on materials and techniques, characteristic of the houses, is found in the Residences, notably through the furniture in travertine inspired by classic objects, the technique of the house's signature decorticated and the indentations in optical white resin – all details that echo Margiela's research. The amenities, faithful to the philosophy of the House, offer residents an elegant, discreet setting and intuitive comfort. These include an art gallery, a library, fitness studios, an infinity pool, a gym, a spa and Margiela Café.
